At 36 on Bonza you will be encircled by light and air, natural stone, wood and water, elements which have been meticulously drafted using the finest materials, making you feel welcome, pampered and at ease.

Home cooked dinners (requiring 12 hrs notice) are available Monday to Thursday, and may be ordered when making your reservation. These can be served in your room for your convenience, or can be enjoyed in the dining room. Please note at certain times of the year dinner may not be available, be sure to enquire upon booking.

breakfasts are served in the Dining Room between 06h30 and 09h30 Mon – Friday or 08h00 to 10:00am on Weekends and Public Holidays

Early departures will be offered a Take-Out breakfast and Lunch Packs are also available on request.

An outsourced laundry service is available at an additional cost and can be organised for guests needing laundry done. We have an iron and ironing board at reception for guests own use.

Please note the following:

  • Check-IN time is between 14h00 – 20h00 | Check-OUT time is 11h00
  • We do not have a 24hr reception
  • Families can be accomodated
  • Special arrangements can be made for sports or corporate group bookings
  • All rooms have secure, off-street parking
  • Pet friendly – by arrangement – pets not larger than 10kg
  • Shutlle services can be pre-arranged upon request

UPMARKET FUNCTION VENUE

At 36 On Bonza, you can host small, semi-private functions, corporate mid-morning breakfasts as well as  corporate lunches.

Our dining room area can seat up to 25 people.

We accommodate for small, semi-private intimate kitchen teas as well as High Teas, Baby showers and birthday parties on Fridays and Saturdays.

Our small downstairs pool lounge room can accommodate 5 to 6 people for meetings, interviews or training in a semi-formal lounge setup.

T&C applies when securing the function. All catering and beverages are supplied by the establishment  and menus are based per person which can be tailored to your requirements.

Please note there is a corkage fee charged per bottle.

We invite you to come and view the property in order to see if it fits your requirements.

Decor can be provided by the clients (i.e flowers, colored overlays to fit your specific setting), but any additional requirements like arranging flowers, PA system, data projector screen, flip charts are additional costs which we are gladly willing to assist with.

Bridal packages for the night before with bridal party and an option for bridal day packages are available.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

General policies for function confirmation

Once written quote received, we require a written confirmation within 24 hours, if wanting to secure the event. A 50% deposit is required to secure the Venue at the same time with Proof of payment supplied. A non- refundable deposit of 25% in the event of cancelling or change in dates. Full 100% payment is required 20 days prior to the function for all costs, including catering and hiring of any equipment. Monies must reflect in our account and Proof of payment supplied. This is non – negotiable. Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations Please note that in the event if a function is cancelled within less than 7 days, a full 100% will be charged. If cancelled less than 15 days, prior a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged.

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the Function venue If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the event and keep any monies that may be necessary to settle any expenses incurred. we do request a Damage Deposit for functions, which is refundable once property assessed and if no damages. If Any damages caused to the property shell be assessed and billed to the Guest whom made the booking.
